当年我把材料递交以后，耐心的等待了一段时间，在意料之中，我收到了移民局的信，说建议我参加考试，以证明我的英文水平。考试我是不会去的，为此，我洋洋洒洒以我当年的英语水平给移民局写了一封信，大概就是说，为什么我不能参加考试，一个是很忙，另外我这么多年的学习和工作经验，足以证明我的英语水平。另外也附带说了说为什么决定移民，这绝对不是一个草率的结果，是一个深思熟虑的判断。最后说了一句，如果你不相信，你可以选择面试我（不知道现在还有没有，当年是移民官是可能对申请人会随机面试的）。Who怕who?可能我当年心态也很随意，能移民就好，不能移民拉倒。在提交移民材料的时候我记得交的钱很少的，后来等你拿到正式批准的通知以后，才需要交纳登陆费。所以要丢也就是几千块钱。

　　最后的结果是双免，面试和考试都没有。等晚上回家，我尽量把我当年写的信，给找出来，删除隐私条款以后，给大家发过来参考。
　　我采用的方法和我处理的方法和我个人的经历有关，并不一定适合所有人。请参考而为之。只要大家仔细看资料，现在通过google可以查到所有你存在问题的答案，不管你的学历如何（当然本科以上最好），所有的人都有可能通过移民的。移民加拿大和澳大利亚或者新西兰都不是很麻烦的事情。如果是勤快人，考个雅斯，那就更加没有问题。

　　关于是否移民的问题，我和很多老移民都谈起过，如果你目前所在城市不是非常经济发达城市，比如北京上海深圳，你本身也不是身居高位，其实都适合移民。相对二线城市而言，这里的生活水平还是高不少（喜欢繁华街道生活的例外）。 如果你已经在国内有很好的位置（年薪50万以上）或者有自己的事业（自己的公司），移民是需要谨慎考虑的。对于第一代移民，如果从事技术类工作，收入会比较好些（此处技术类工作包括所有技能性工作，比如理发师，修理工，软件开发，机械制造，装修装饰等，收入还是不错的），喜欢当领导，平时家里喜欢雇佣小时工的朋友一定要谨慎移民。

　　我和我的另一半相识于大学，按照现在时髦的说法，我们都是凤凰男+凤凰女，来自最不发达地区。很感激当年两人刚同丨居丨的时候，连房子都租不起的时光，一同携手走过。虽然现在该有的都有了，但每每想起过去的时光，并没有觉得有多苦，反而更加珍惜今日的幸福不易。

　　My hometown located in the South-West of China is a small town with a beautiful name:XXX, which means “Lucky and Safe”. As same as many small towns in China in 1970s’, the main problem my family encountered was that we didn’t have enough food to support our lives. We still couldn’t make enough money for our lives though my parents worked so hard. As I grew up, I came to know that hard work with knowledge is the only way to change my life. Then I start to knit my first beautiful dream in life to go outside of my hometown and make an easy life for future.

　　I really studied hard and finally proved that I could make a different life from my parents.In XXXX, I gained the admission and undergraduate scholarship of XXX university, which is one of the most famous XXX Universities of China. I believed my first dream came true at that time. Four years later I also smoothly entered XXXafter series of strict tests including English Level test. But as my resume showed, I changed my major. Why I made such a decision? Four years’ study in university taught me not only the knowledge but also the thinking way in my life. I recalled such a word: ” life is like a circle, as you grow up, the circle is bigger than ever, and you need to know more to keep pace with the circle.” I prefer to live like brook in my life than like immobile pool. Actually life is full of changes, if you cannot adjust yourself to the changes, you would lost yourself at last. Creating changes in life would be much better than accepting changes passively.

　　I became more excited about any challenge in my life in XXX. Then after graduation I chose to work as XXX because XXX. I was so lucky to choose XXX as my future career pursuit which is full of changes every day. Human being cannot have no dream anytime. Now I really can lead a much better life with good salary and enough substances than many years ago, but I cannot stop having a dream. China has opened its door to the international world but we have to admit it will be a long distance for China government to improve its environments such as government policies, public services, XXX, etc. I wish I could live in a country just like Canada with equality, freedom and love. As I said above, I love changes and I love to live in an international city just as Toronto. Now after marriage, I am also more mature than before and more cautious about the great change in my life. It is never a thoughtless decision to apply for the immigration. I indeed wish I could work & live in a country with equality, freedom and love with my lovely XXX. I enjoy making friends from different nations and sharing different cultures. That is why Toronto is my next dream. I believe I could make a higher quality life than my present life through our efforts in Canada. Making a higher quality life is not only for my rest life but also for my future sons or daughters. I am confident it is easier for me than others to be used to the life in Canada. If I immigrate to Canada, I would make XXX.

　　I had more than twelve years’ English education( please refer to the school report cards I ever sent with my application). I had passed the China English Test Band 4 and Band 6 when I was an undergraduate. When I studied in XXX school I needed to read lots of reference books and materials in English. My XXX thesis “XXX” was also written both in English and in Chinese. I could not imagine what would happen if a XXX could not read and write English well. Most of the advanced XXX appear in English, if you cannot read and write you couldn’t keep pace with the international trend then couldn’t direct XXX as well. To be frank, five years ago when I just graduated from university, my English speaking Level was not very good but just moderate. But when I worked in XXX company, the whole XXX training by XXX for more than one and a half years actually gave me a good opportunity to improve my English speaking level. All the trainers were from U.S.A. or Hongkong, all tests were hold in English. Now I could communicate with foreign engineers easily and sometimes I also need to give presentations to them. I had planned to take IELTS to get test result at the early of this year, I had to postpone due to XXX and later my busy job. But if you need some evidence such as IELTS results, Please inform me.
