　　你提到IB里面的Editor职位比较重要，要审查所有的分析师报告。
　　1）这些人都是什么背景？必须是外国人吗？
　　2）是否需要丰富的翻译经验者？

　　不是的，一般是学文的，中英文都要好，因为很多material有英文，有中文。老外能看得懂‘翘尾现象’，‘资本充足率’，‘核销’，‘拨备’这些东西的有多少？他们也许能听得懂，但是chinese writing? 我还没见过几个…
　　2）是否需要丰富的翻译经验者？
　　这个要看公司规模，有些editor，本身也要当translator，那么就要翻译经验了。
　　3）薪金大概幅度是？
　　大行的话，editor，5年+经验，base应该在4-5万港币以上。工作强度极其高。
　　4）在投资银行里面，这个职位与in-house translator的差别在于？

　　差别在于，editor要懂很多叫高级别的PPT技巧等…
　　传说……… 有些House的analyst有些时候自己不做PPT的，是用白纸画，然后由junior和editing team去弄成PPT。
　　那样的话，PPT和Excel等技巧就要有了。
　　Translator的话，可能只负责翻译。
