一定要把你最觉得自豪的东西写出来，例如lead research report writer involved in HK largest 2009 IPO xxx (xxx.hk), raised US$x.xxbn
　　注意用形容词，largest, lead 等等
　　当然，我不是说duty不说，例如，作为research analyst，IBD analyst，你看什么行业，核心工作什么，但是需要这些一笔带过。详细的，看sample。
　　2.注意粉饰。这是包装的年代，该bold，要bold, 该italic的，要italic，什么时候用大点的字，什么时候用小的，要注意。
　　3.对于各种Skill等东西的描述，要pro。通常有 Excellent, proficient，native, conversational等等。不要用ordinary之类的词语，最差也要说 proficient

　　4.最后要说下interest。最好别basketball, reading, swimming列一堆… 同样，straight out Boring. 告诉别人，你读了什么书，Enjoy reading fictions such as the lord of the rings… 这样，会好一点，然后篮球，告诉别人参加过什么比赛之类的。没有，就小编一下。市场上CV 70%内容是被夸张，30%内容是假的，said by a senior manager from Michael Page。

　　但是，提醒哦！不能假的太离谱。例如，在游泳池漂不起来的，别说自己参加过什么比赛拿了3等奖，等下大家去resort, beaches的时候，露馅就麻烦。还有，不要以为play bridge, chess很帅，很pro，然后不会下，打还要说。Interview的时候碰到一个director，chess高手，问你几下，就惨了。我chess下了一段时间，有一次和一个big 4 partner interview聊了10多分钟。竟然被考，so you’ve been playing chess since school, what opening do you like for chess? 我吓了一跳，啃啃巴巴说，I for most of the time like central control with King pawns pressing forward…
